About Nancy Brown

Since turning from modeling to commercial photography, Nancy Brown has had a highly successful, 20-year career as a top photographer of fashion and people for clients around the world, including advertising agencies, magazines, public relations firms, pharmaceutical agencies, book publishers and design firms.

A popular lecturer, Nancy has taught at the Maine Photographic Workshops, the Appalachian Workshop and The Tahoe Workshop. She also conducts summer workshops at her studio.

She is the author of numerous magazine articles and has written two books, Photographing People for Advertising and Photographing People for Stock.
